Q. What sets BeautBombshell apart?
A. Our packaging is created with your best interest in mind. The shopping bags can be utilized as a 2-in-1 as they’re perfect for storage & traveling on the go, allowing you to experience the ultimate longevity with BeautBombshell hair.
Q. How long will my extensions last & what products do you recommend to ensure longevity?
A. We guarantee your hair can last an infinite number of years with proper care & maintenance. Our favorite products include; a moisturizing shampoo paired with a deep conditioning Treatment to retain the hair’s body & natural luster. Avoid heavily oiled products as they tend to weigh the hair down with consistent usage.
Q. What’s RAW Hair? What are the different origins you provide?
A. We supply the purest/unprocessed Indian, Vietnamese & Eurasian hair. RAW means our bundles are completely unprocessed, (never dyed, bleached, or chemically processed). Our hair comes from a single donor with all cuticles aligned, hence why no (2) bundles are the same. We guarantee you won’t find synthetic fibers, acids, or mixed blends like other vendors.
Q. Can I bleach my natural colored extensions?
A. BeautBombshell bundles can be bleached, dyed & rinsed however we recommend having a colorist perform these tasks for you. For more of a seamless we'd suggest using our Bombshell Blonde Collection.

Q. What’s the shipping time frame?

Our shipping process is completed by UPS or USPS with specific time frames depending on your selection at checkout. For an accurate time frame combine both processing & your desired shipping method days. Processing is typically completed between 2-5 business days, & between (2-8 business days for Sale & Pre-Ordered items) prior to being shipped. Standard is done via Priority Mail or Ground delivery (1-3 business days U.S) & (6-10 business days International). Next Day is done via Priority Mail Express or Next Day Air (Overnight- 2 business days U.S) & (3-5 business days International). A flat rate of $15 is included for ALL U.S. based Orders, $25 for Express. Please note shipping is free for orders $500+. International Standard Shipping can be attained for $25 or Express for $45. All packages must be signed for with the same shipping/billing address no exceptions.
Q: When will I receive my tracking number?
A. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your shipping label is produced & scanned for acceptance with the designated shipping company. This typically occurs once processing is completed & items are dropped off at a local facility. Please note once tracking information has been provided we are no longer responsible. It’s the buyers responsibility to track &/or contact designated parties via shippers website. *Signature confirmation is added to all shipments & your package will be marked as undeliverable if no one is present at the destination address. If shipping carriers have attempted to deliver and for any reason return your items to our headquarters, you'll be responsible to pay additional shipping fees.
Q. Will I need to provide additional information after completing my purchase?
A. Upon request proof of identification is required to complete your orders processing. A state or government issued ID must be sent via email to customer service at BeautBombshellCustomerService@gmail.com (Please note if the billing/shipping address doesn't coincide you'll be refunded via the card on file)

Q. What’s your refund or exchange policy?

A. Due to the nature of products sold there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. all sales are final! Any disputes filed against BeautBombshell will automatically incur an upcharge of 25% + your item's original price.
Q. What’s the Ready To Wear Collection?

A. The Ready to Wear Collection includes units for both novice & experienced wig wearing Bombshells. This collection includes wigs that are fully customized (bleached knots, pre-plucked, custom colored & styled) with lengths varying up to 32”.
